The Bush Lodge was constructed following ecological principals with bandas designed and distanced so as to increase privacy of the people that stay at the lodge. The lodge provides a very good platform for carrying out all activities at Queen Elizabeth national park. Surrounded by the National park neighboring the Kazinga Channel, the camp is oftenly visited by various animals which makes living around this place very exceptional because one does not have to move a step so as to spot and hear sounds of the beautiful wildlife species like hippos, hyenas etc.

The lodge provides a safari camp that is less costly and accurate for guests that would prefer a splendid outdoor experience since one interacts and associates with the wilderness. The rooms offered include self contained tents which apply to those who need privacy and real bush encounters. Two tents are provided in a distance from the lodge and are perfect for families with their own transportation for walking to and from the camp is not allowed in the night.

The lodge also offers 10 non self contained tents that are equipped with bedside tables; comfortable beds, power outlet for charging and all these are found under a grass thatched roof that creates a personnel terrace with some shade. These also share a joint block with flushing toilets and showers. Additionally, there are also 12 self contained bandas that are spacious enough within the native bushes and these are built on a high wooden podium made from a combination of canvas and ordinary materials. Each of these rooms has a personnel terrace facing the temporary Kamera River with an eco toilet and a shower outside.

We have a vast dining tent for the restaurant facing the Kazinga Channel with a backyard comprising of the Rwenzori Mountain Range which makes our dinner experience so exceptional and tremendous for all visitors. The food served includes a four course meal which is very delicious for it is prepared by very experienced chefs and when the weather is good, a starlit dinner with paraffin lights and camp fires can be organized hence making the whole experience worthwhile.
